Pix Pad
Last updated: October 30, 2026
Holy App ("we") explains how user information is handled in the iOS app "Pix Pad" (the "app").
1. Accounts and data stored in the app
The app has no account registration or sign-in. It stores items such as the expiry time of pads unlocked through ads and whether the initial ad explanation has been shown, and the total playing time used to decide when to ask for an App Store rating, on your device. The app has no function that saves this information to our own server.
2. Usage analytics
To see the total number of users and active users, the app uses Firebase Analytics provided by Google LLC. Firebase Analytics handles standard events such as app launches and sessions, an identifier assigned to each app installation, and app, device, and OS information, and may estimate an approximate region from the IP address. The advertising identifier (IDFA) and IDFV are not collected, and automatic screen reporting is turned off. We may collect usage statistics to improve the app. The app does not send privacy-related information such as user IDs. We do not analyze individual users' activity and only review aggregated figures.
Only when you choose to send feedback (from Share Your Thoughts in the menu), the app stores the text you entered, along with your device model, iOS version, app version and language setting, in Cloud Firestore (Firebase), a service provided by Google LLC. To prevent abuse, Firebase App Check verifies that the submission comes from the app. We use feedback only to improve the app and respond to it, and we do not link it to information that identifies you. Please do not write personally identifiable information in the feedback field. We keep feedback for as long as needed to consider improvements and delete it when no longer needed.
3. Advertising
The app uses Google AdMob to show banner ads and rewarded ads. The Google Mobile Ads SDK and advertising partners may process device identifiers, approximate location estimated from IP addresses, ad views and interactions, and diagnostic and performance information to deliver ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and diagnose services.
Depending on your region, the app shows the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent screen. After ad settings, it shows an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) explanation and Apple's permission prompt when required. You can use the app even if you do not allow ATT. In regions where consent is required, such as Europe, you can change or withdraw your consent from Privacy in the menu.
4. Crash and diagnostic information
The app uses Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash and diagnostic information. This information is used to identify and fix problems.
5. Third-party services
For the advertising, analytics, and crash diagnostics described above, the app uses services provided by Google LLC, including Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, and UMP. The information each service handles and how long it is kept follow each provider's policies.
6. Sharing and retention
Companies that provide advertising, analytics, and diagnostic services process information to the extent necessary to provide their services. We do not collect names, email addresses, or similar information through the app, and we do not sell such information. Retention periods and deletion methods for information collected by third-party services follow each provider's terms.
7. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy in response to changes in laws, app features, or the services we use. When we do, the latest version and update date will be posted on this page.
