Privacy Policy
Pix Piano
Last updated: October 30, 2026
Holy App ("we") sets out below how the iOS app "Pix Piano" (the "App") handles information. This is an English translation of the Japanese privacy policy; if there is any difference, the Japanese version prevails.
1. Accounts and on-device information
The App does not offer account registration that asks for your name, address, phone number or email address. It stores settings such as tone, keys and visual effects, whether the ad and tracking explanation has been shown, the expiry of features temporarily unlocked through ads, and the total playing time used to decide when to ask for an App Store rating on your device. Performances are not saved and nothing is synced to the cloud.
2. Usage analytics
The app uses Firebase Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to see aggregate figures such as the total number of users and active users. Firebase Analytics handles standard events such as app launches and sessions, an identifier assigned to each installation, and app, device and OS information, and may estimate a rough region from the IP address. We may collect usage statistics to improve the app. The app does not send privacy-related information such as user IDs. We do not analyze the activity of individual users and only review aggregate figures.
Where consent is required, such as in Europe, an identifier is stored on the device for these figures only if you consent through Google User Messaging Platform. You can change or withdraw your consent from Privacy in the menu.
Only when you choose to send feedback (from Share Your Thoughts in the menu), the app stores the text you entered, along with your device model, iOS version, app version and language setting, in Cloud Firestore (Firebase), a service provided by Google LLC. To prevent abuse, Firebase App Check verifies that the submission comes from the app. We use feedback only to improve the app and respond to it, and we do not link it to information that identifies you. Please do not write personally identifiable information in the feedback field. We keep feedback for as long as needed to consider improvements and delete it when no longer needed.
3. Advertising and consent management
The App shows ads through Google AdMob and manages consent with the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). For ad delivery, ad measurement and fraud prevention, Google and its advertising partners may process the advertising identifier, device and app information, and information about ad impressions and interactions. The items collected and how long they are kept follow each service's settings and policies.
After UMP consent is checked, the App shows an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) explanation and Apple's permission prompt when needed. Your ATT choice applies to the use of the advertising identifier.
4. Crash diagnostics
The App uses Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose problems. When a crash occurs, crash details, stack traces, the app version, device and OS information, and diagnostic identifiers may be sent to Google. This information is used to improve the App's stability.

6. Deletion and contact
Settings stored on your device are deleted when you delete the App from your device. Retention periods and deletion methods for information processed by Google and other services follow each provider's policies. For questions about this policy or how information is handled, please contact us through the Holy App support page.
7. Changes
If the App's features or applicable laws change, we will revise this page and state the date of the update.
